Default Running Amp Wire

Hey,

Can anyone tell me the proper way to remove the passenger side panels and sills back to the rear of the XB. I am running 0 gauge through one of the accessory nubs from the passenger side of the engine compartment. Any help would be great.

Thanks

John

Merry Christmas to all!

I just pulled up on them slightly and when I was finished running the wire, popped them back in.

They all pop off and are really easy to take off and put back on, there is a lot of room to run the wire down the channel where the door sills are.

If you are going to remove the side panels where the cargo area is you need an allen wrench.

yep and make sure you run the RCAs and Amp power wire on different sides of the car!

I ran the RCAs down the driver side, while i ran power down the pass. side. i was told it causes interference and disortion if you dont, so thats my words of wisdom whether theyre helpful or not!

but yea all pieces pop up and clip in. nothing big time.

Merry Christmas to all!
How did you get your 1/0 through that grommet. I inserted a coat hanger (unbent) in to it and it seems to stop almost immediately. Do you need to remove that big plastic item behind the glovebox? Thanks. Mark

Mark, I have not done this yet! I would like to also know how to run the wire from the engine area. I was thinking it took a turn down after getting inside the passanger area.

passenger side grommet. i cut a nipple and fed it through. looks pretty OEM. then it feeds through back of glovebox back there. then pull through. its really not that bad.
