I really want to start flaming away, but I'll do my best to contain myself.
IMO, it's not a very tasteful mod, but if you really MUST have the "look," then I'm sure you could ghetto rig something. Since the tC has a gated shifter, it wouldn't be too difficult.
Another approach would be to buy the entire console off a totalled tC and swap it. That'd work too. . . and would cost a whole lot more.
