This may or may not have been covered already, but hear it goes. A friend of mine wanted to buy the stock head from my 2004 Xb. After dusting it off, I plugged it back in, and placed the unit into shipping mode. He recieved it, and cannot get it out of this mode. What gives? I have called 3 dealers, and they all have no clue whatsoever. Anyone here know what to do?

Yeah, when I pulled out my radio, there is a big sticker right across the top explaining how to do the procedure.
