I know TRD doesn't make the quickshifter for the xa and for some reason they say the xB Quickshifter won't work in the xA so I was thinking of having a muffler shop cut and weld it to make it shorter. Since I guess the quickshifter doesn't really have a shorter shifter it just shortens the throw. Think this is a good idea?

 

check it out... 2" shorter, and it feels good when it goes into the gears, nice and solid.

That looks decent.......any difference in throws or no????

 

hell yea... barely have to move the thing, it's got that "click" feeling when you put it in gear.
