Question Should My Speedo Needle Be Under Zero?

Got my Autotechnic Gauge face installed yesterday. Everything is fine except the speedometer needle is sitting below zero? Shouldn't it be AT zero? I didn't have to take the needles off but I did have to raise them slightly. I could have caused the needle to slip on the post.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Is the car turned on or on acc? If it's acc I would think it rests on the needle stop. I think that's how mine is in the tC. Get a GPS or something and see if your speedo matches with the GPS speed. That way you can see if yours is accurate or not. If it's accurate, let it sit under 0. If it works fine. That's all that matters.

I totally forgot I have a gps. I haven't used it lately. The car was actually running in the picture.

Thanks
I'll check it out tomorrow.

when you put in your new gauges you messed up your position on your needle.

Mattie, you are correct. I pushed the needle down when I installed the new gauge face. I fixed it today and calibrated it with my GPS. The needles just sit on those posts. I just twisted it as far as it could go (like 120mph or a little more) then made sure it rests at zero.

But, to answer my own question, YES it should rest at zero.
