Can someone explain what technology these bulbs have that make them so great? I paid good money for my Silverstars. And I love 'em.

Thanks

The pic at the top is with Silverstars....Luminixs UV on the left and Silverstars on the right.

Ok.... No offense but the Silverstars look White and intense, the other ones look purple and have some glare going on (could be the photograph)

I can buy "blue-ish" and "purple-ish" fake H.I.D. lights anywhere. What makes these so special. Those Luminics look just like the Nokyas I bought at a local shop for 15 bucks.

I'm not knocking Luminics, they look like nice bulbs, but I still think when it comes to "White" bulbs, Silverstars are the real deal. If you want JDM yellow, or purple, or "hyper-white" (aka blue) Any other bulb (including Luminics) will work fine.

I'm hanging on to my Silverstars for now.

I had the Silverstars in there and took them out. I wanted bright, but after buying the Silverstars...it was just not even close to H.I.D. So, if I couldn't get bright without investing huge bucks....I went with a violet hue and works sweet with the blue streetglows underneath. Not a bad price either.

No prob.... I just like the pure white look of the Silverstars. I've been rocking colored bulbs since the 90's and now I'm into "white" and real bright white L.E.D mini bulbs and stuff. So for the best match, Silverstars are the way to go.

You're right though, the color of Luminics are nice, I just thought there might be something extra special about them to make someone swap out the pricey Silverstars they already bought. But if it's just to get a different color, I understand.

Peace

Forgot to add... local parts store have the Silverstars for $20 each, plus tax of course.

Not hard for me to decide which lights I'm going with.

If you like the super white color of the silverstars, then get the Luminics silver whites. Best of both worlds =)
