Default So i think i want to sell my D3... For this

new set of Nav Units from Pioneer. No more DVD Map disc...

AVIC-F90BT

Yes it will have built in bluetooth....

I like the interface my self. the new AV headuints look really bad.... like a really bad video game that would have come out in the 90's....

Where did you find these online? Crutchfield doesn't have premier, but I have been waiting for a head unit from pioneer like this for awhile

Well, they are on pioneer's site, so you can find them there..... I work at Best Buy so i did some research and if all is right we will be carrying two models which we should start stocking the 3rd of August.... So i wil let you guys know what happens. But go on pioneers site and read the specs. Not to bad for the price i feel.

haha ya you know the cost then, but if its like it was for the D3 they put a price lock on it for us so they customers get a chance to buy them to. cause if not they would have all sold to the employees. i am not gonna get it for a while, gotta save up so cash.

Those don't play DVDs though do they? It looks great and all, but all the Pioneer ones I've seen are over $1,000 and they don't play DVDs. I'd rather go with a cheaper one that does it all. I'm not saying I would get it, but even the one at wal-mart has navigation and does everything else, just has a smaller screen and its not name brand for approximatly $400.

you have to get the highest end unit to play dvds and you will have to do the firmware update in order to make it usable for iPod. We did one at work and everybody hated it and nobody is selling them at work

Wow.... I'm not saying there's anything bad about Pioneers quality, but man do they get greedy when it comes to their navigation systems. Why not go with a cheap off brand that has a warranty instead? Just an example, http://www.poweracoustik.com/pa2006/...IDEO_IDMDA.htm i've seen some of these for around $400 just have to shop around.

It plays DVD's just like the D3. That thing will play movies off you sd card and thumb flash drives. The only thing I don't like is the screen is not big as the D3. But still a good buy. there are Pioneer models also but the Premier has everything.

I had a poweracoustik deck before i got my d3 and all i have to say is you get what you paid for. I had all sorts of problems with the PA deck. Used to crappy sound out of it. the motors on the screen would go out. Picture would jump when it came to alot of action on the screen. Also the screen would try to close on me before i could get the disc all the way out.
