Speaker removal?
okay soldering is idiot easy to do , you will need a soldering iron , eucentric soler and a little patience. you can get 2 out of 3 of these at radio shack.
easiest way to solder if your not very experience is to tie the exposed wires together then wrap a small amount of solder around the wires, then apply the hot iron to the tied wires , hold it on the wires long enough for the solder to melt on to the wires and leave a shinny appearnce
Carefull not to leave the iron on the wires for too long though it will sometimes heat it up enough to melt through the insulation. buy some heat shrink tube to cover the soldered area at radio shack too but be sure to put it on before tieing the wires. pm me if you got any other questions

i did the same thing just cut out the old speaker and drill piliot holes and screw the new ones in the same place the old ones were, and you can just use wire nuts and black tape insted of soldering, works fine i havent had any problams w/ mine...
