looking to see if anyone has created a sub enclosure for the entire trunk area of the box, removed storage cubby and spare. i have the scosche enclosure which i like but wanted to go further.

i want to maintain trunk space like stock and just use the space from the stock floor down

any ideas or pics would be welcome

There is one already pre packaged on crutchfield,com for the xB that replaces the storage compartment in the trunk next to the spare tire. I used to have this hooked to an amp under the seat. Worked great but I blew the sub due to my luv of bass and wanted some more bass. Anyways this fits your standards and is pretty cheap

 

^^ actually skuff box thats what i've got. i pull the POS 10" and replaced it with a 12" shallow mount kenwood sub,. i'm looking to upgrade to probably a custom encloser that takes up all the space, including where the spare is. basically i have no experience with custom enclosers and am looking for ideas

 

and Smartass you have one picture with a dual enclosure with inverted subs, i like it, but want to keep the functionality of the trunk, any thoughts?

for being a cheap amp/ cap combo it still hits plenty hard, but i want more
