can anyone please tell me the size of the Scion tC speakers??? and other genral information about them? thanks

talkin about the component or piece?

 

JL VR components sound pretty damn good....i have them in my tC.......go with 6.5".....you'll have to make a bracket out of some MDF cause the stock front speakers are molded to the bracket......other good name brands for components are

MB Quart, Boston, Focal, DLS, RE, CDT Audio, Infinity(ok), Seas, Morel..........etc etc

 

I had Infinity Kappa Perfect Components in my old car and I wasn't overal happy with them. They had no bass but the highs were crisp.

my VR's are rather well balanced.......I had an MB Quart premium series 6.5" components and they were crisp....and with a little equalization could have sounded really good....but without EQ they were too bright...

 

I have Alpine 6.5" components in front and Infinity 6.5" 2-ways in back, powered by a 4-channel Alpine amp, along with a 12" Alpine Type-S subwoofer in the back...It sounds pretty darn good.
