Default Storage Unit Sub box finished (updated pics)

me and my buddy spent about 3 hours this evening working on an enclosure for a 10" sub...I'll admit, I kinda ripped it off the AudioFormz design...but obviously, its not quite as nice...I still need to work on the finishing touches, mainly the carpeting, but all the hard work is done...I'm also going to fill the gap on the front side so it looks like the other panel, and build up the trim...again, so it matches the other panel...heres what we have so far --

carpeted it and some finishing touches...heres the final product...turned out pretty good if I say so myself...not saying it's perfect, but sure beats spending $250 just for the enclosure, granted they are fiberglass, look perfect, but this'll do

it sounds good...I just wanted some depth to my music...well, more depth...I had 2 12's in a box before, but it just wasn't working very well...sounds good, looks decent...I'm happy...oh...and if anyone wants one built $200 loaded...same sub...$150 for the box...I hadn't planned on building another one, but if people want em, we can build em

Really Nice box! That is what I am doing...

The only problem with this post ^^^^ is that you were an enthusiast member that created somenthing for his car...and you are about to pass that line and become a Vendor...Remember check the ScionLife rules on that..

in no way am I trying to become a vendor, but I figure, if more people want these boxes (which I'm sure it would just be a few (if any), not thousands) then I would gladly make another...just trying to cover my costs and time. Now if I started refering people to my EconoSubBox.com website or something (thats a joke BTW, if that happens to be a site, it aint mine!) then I could see where I could be accused of pimping a product...I'm merely offering to build more like it if people have the desire to buy one. Whether its because they dont know how to go about it, or if they flat out dont have the ability...just helpin some fellow owners out!

Looks good. I started building one very similar to yours. I realized that when I put the top panel flush it left me with around 0.55 ft^3 inside the box. I expanded up. It looked OK, but I recently upgraded to a real Audioformz.

How does yours sound?
