At the moment im running a kicker 10inch solobaric L7 in a vented box from Kicker( the Truck Box style) and its a big space saver since we dont have alot of space in the very back. Also they make it in the L5 version if the L7 price is out of the question. Also im pushing my L7 with there Sx line digital mono amp (650.1) If you want a demo just go to the nearest Circuit City and ask for a bass demo with the L5 and they can bring it to your Xb and have it play in there. So if you concerned with space and want the maximum sound for your money i do recommend a kicker vented truck box (i can only recommend that one in particular cause its something ive tried and loved, there also other brands out there that will do well, this is the only one ive tried cause it was the first one i saw that would fit and that offered alot of bass). If all else fails you can always have a custom box made but if you want something to just throw in the back with out take all the space go with a vented truck box. i hope this gives you an idea.

If it won't fit, you didn't get it going fast enough!
What size JLW6 and why won't it fit?

I just sold my 12 inch L7 Solobaric in the factory kicker ported box yesterday... and now i have two 10 inch Kicker L7 solobarics in a custom box. Your JL will fit if u do a custom box.... its cheap and easy to do it yourself

FatBox808, you beat me to it. A JL12W6 does not need a very large enclosure, so you should have no problem getting an enclosure built to fit the xB.

Indeed, build a new box or have one built... if you're getting another ported enclosure, make sure it's built and tuned to your t/s parameters on the w6
