I am looking at adding a subwoofer. Does anyone know where the factory harness
connector is located in back on an Xa? I'd like to use the signal portion and run
a dedicated power back there. I found a connector under the panel by the
left rear tail light, it appears to be power and ground, not large enough.
I already have a sub I built with amp and turn on trigger.

 

There have been several post about this and if you use sub harness you will get some good reference for this question but in all my poking around on my xA there is no harness installed unless you buy the sub from the dealer. However you can buy a harness from crutchfield and its pretty easy to run from the head unit to the back under the side panel trim. Theres even a groove for the wire all the way back. Which sub are you going with because if your going with just a bazooka it will be pretty straight forward but if you plan on any real power you will need to run seperate power to the back of you xA.
