ok i am looking to install 1 or 2 subwoofers in my xB so i was wondering if anybody haad any sugestions on every thing "subs, box ,amps etc."
by the way i mainly lisen to rock but it is some what bassy "Korn ,Cradel, Manson, Demi"
so any sugestions are welcome but i am mainly just wanting to get started so nothing to expensive or over the top

For that type of music, I'd go with 1 JL W6.....the 10". Great Bass, saves room (though it is pretty deep), great quality. Should def. suffice for Rock.

Image dynamics IDQ's or the big brothers IDMAX's will keep up with anything you throw at them and work in small sealed enclosures (IDQ12v2 = .65cubes IDMAX12v3 = 1.35 cubes.)

Hifonics amps are great budget amps. Both those subs will work great on 500 watts, the idmax will love 1000.

jl audio probably has one of the cleaner hitting bass out there...i have 2 10 inch w3v2s...i think even one could've statisfied my bumping needs.
