sunroof and passenger window doesnt work

i was installing my injen cai today and i had to take out the battery like the instruction says. after i installed it, i noticed my pass window doesnt work from the driver side. it will work on the pass side but it wont go auto up or down anymore. my sunroof does not work as well. everything else electronically works

what gives?

can i just take out the negative on the battery for 15 mins and reset the ecu? sor did i short something out possibly?

Its in the manual. Normilization of windows. It will tell you how to fix it.

hold up on your windows for approx 10 secs and they will be back to normal

I tried the same treatment to my sunroof, but it still doesn't fully open or close.. if I hold the switched closed it goes about 2/3 of the way and stops, then I have to hit it again and then it closes all the way. If I auto open it opens about 2/3 of the way and I have to click it again then it opens all the way.. anyone else experiance this?
