System:Thump, thump...Seatbelts:Hiss, tap, jitttter

My seatbelts rattle like crazy and i can't take it. Any tips on deadening them & do the b-pillars pop off like the front??

I bought some velcro and stuck it to the column. it doesnt wiggle. Also, window visors keep the wind from doing it also.
