Has anyone changed the head unit in a tC? Is the install kit to put a single DIN head unit the same as the xA and xB? Just wondering if anyone knows.

I talked to a place and they said it was diffrent then the xA and xB i dont see why the tC would be diffrent seeing as its the same stock head unit so why would it be diffrent.

If somone knows anything more please post.

although the actual trim is the same, the bracket aligntment part in the back is different...

 

There is no kit specifically for the tC yet. Kits for other cars can be made to fit, but you'll have to wait for the "correct" kit to come out. This has been discussed before, so please try searching.

 

yes it fits have to modify it tho very easy

 

Damn, I'm really waiting on a double din insert to come out, it's really bugging me having an aftermarket H/U not being used.

Whoever releases it first will sell hundreds right away.
