I was wondering what type of sub you guys were running in your Audioformz or SPFR enclosures. I have an audioformz box built for a 10". I'm still trying to figure out which sub to get. I was leaning towards the elemental designs 110v.2.

 

I think the guys with the spfr enclosures use image dynamics subs.

Is the spfr box the same as the audioformz? I recall the audioformz being 10" only?

 

I'm looking into gettting an audio/video system for my box, I don't wanna sound dumb, but what exactly is or does spfr stand for. Jus asking for when I put my system in.

You are correct the spfr box is a 12" unlike the audiofprmz which is a 10". Other than that they look the same.
However finding a quality 12" with under 6" mounting depth is challenging at best.
Im not sure what spfr stand for and i dont think they make them anymore.

 

I use a Diamond Audio 10 in my Audioformz box and it works very well. They sell them at Audioformz if you need one.

 

using a memphis dual voice coil 10 inch m-class in my audioformz, but im going to upgrade to a dls iridium 10 inch sub

 

I use a midget with a trumpet, it sounds awesome!!
