Default TV'S IN THe HeAD ReST QUeSTION...........

Looking to get some for the whip. I'm either looking at the TV's that has a strap to strap to your headrest without installing one in the headrest. Which is better? Not looking to drop a lot of $. What are the prices for installing one into the headrest? Is it worth it? Or the straps. Which? Thanks

Whip? Cost depends on location, store. Built in monitors in the headrest will look a lot better than strap on monitors, that look like poo.

I use to have the strap on monitors. I'd advise AGAINST getting them. They vibrate too much with the car while driving. It's just better to get them installed into the actual headrest. IMO.

you could do it yourself, I am in the process of doing it. I got the first halfway done today, I still need to put some more stuffing in a couple of places, but I think it turned out pretty good.

I've installed a few headrest monitors in the xb's, and they are far more better than the hang over monitors. I can't find the pics, but I installed 7" monitors (1 xb had leather seats, another had the cloth seats)

I charge $490 for 2 7" Monitors (2 A/V inputs, 1440 x 240 resolution, built-in IR outputs) installed. DVD player is extra, and wireless headphones are $35 each.
