Default Two single Din radio Install Problem in Tc

Has anyone installed two single din radios in the tcs double din opening? I have my pioneer stereo on bottom and my omnifi mp3 player on top. My problem is that I have gaps on the side of the opening. The units fit perfectly top to bottom after drilling some holes in the factory brackets.

you mean like this?

I used abs plastic that I cut to fit, then I mixed up some cat hair, (fiberglass filler), and put it behind the frame, a little sanding and there you have it. BILL

I have the abs in stock, but any stereo store will sell you some for a couple of dollars, you can get the cat hair, at checker or auto zone, if you need help or have more questions give me a call. Bill

I know this is an old topic but how do you attach the HU's to the factory holding mechanism
