if i remember correctly, those slide over the existing right? i believe the dealer option removes the factory fabric and is then covered with leather. the katskinz might be the way to go incase you want the fabric on those hot days.

Sam...Katzkin arent seat covers, they are actual material over the cushion.

katzkinz makes some high quality stuff. I don't believe they have anything yet for scions. We should start bombarding them with emails to make stuff.

I recommend Katzkin for non-OEM Leather seats...

Here's a pic of the two-tone in my car:

Mine came standard, BUT I looked into it, and it would run about a grand for everything. Seats with two-tone and insert-color-stitching, and enough leather to skin the doors. They can give you extra leather if you ask for it.

I know for the Grand Prixs for two tone front seats, rear seat and door inserts it runs just under $700.

I've seen the dealer installed leather, I'd go with that. it looks much better to me. Its 1350 though at mine OUCH! The KAtzkins are good but my wife has them on her COUGAR and they have not held up well over time and they always felt just a little loose. Also on the KATZKINS the stitching is kind of baseball glovish, alot of space between the stitching. I saw a hot lava at the dealer with two tone black/orange leather...right on!

The KATZKINS are better installed by a pro and that'll put you up around 1000 or so at least. So why not just get the TOYOTA installed ones. Then you can complain to them about any little thing that ____es you off and let them deal with it. The local KATZKIN dealer probably won't take you crap.

YOu can customize your stitching...you can even change the color if you like...They are custom made to your liking. Just the patterns are similar.
