Atm I do not have a sub running, so I can give a 100% answer on the xB.
My first question, however, would be which parts are rattling/vibrating? Is it the actual motor making noise within the mount? If so, it is possible that sound deadening and sound absorbing mats would help. However, I am betting it is the actual wiper blade, and in that case doubt deadening will have much of an effect.
I hope others with real experience will post, since I will be dealing with this in the near future.
Though I suspect the most common (and probably right) answer will be 'remove the wiper/etc) (;

I dynomat'd the rear and it helped a lot, but it won't get rid of the rattle. A temporary solution is to wet a paper towel and stick it in the joint where the wiper insert and arm and the main arm meet. I've been thinking about using that insulation foam but haven't gotten a chance. Otherwise listen to what the other guys have said.

All it does is push dirt around your window anyway I've had mine off for a year and never needed it in a rainstorm or for anything else (and I live in FL, haha)... so IMO it really doesn't need to be there.

Remove it! Get rid of it! It's good for nothing! Go to Home Depot and ask where the plugs are for sink holes for where faucets used to be. They'll give you something that looks like this.
They have them in white, black, chrome, and stainless. It costs like $2.00. Or if you really want to do it right, take it to a paint shop and they'll shave it for around $200. I just plugged mine and now I don't rattle.

I got rid of all my rattles except for the wiper by stuffing insulation in there, yes the pink stuff. Works great. Unfortunately the hatch still moves enough for the wiper to rattle some but not as bad. I took mine off too.
