I would like a little more leg room in the front seats for my XA. Has anyone moved their front seats back farther?

If so how? Did you redrill holes? Is there a website that can help? Or, does anyone know of a good custom shop that could do this?

 

I have been looking for a while too. I hear about people moving their seats, but no one knows where or how. I am going to go to either a car custom shop or a race shop and see if they can work something out. I have an xb by the way. I think that a new mounting system is going to be needed in order to move the seats back, since they are kinda on blocks now. Also, the two mounting points for the back are different. The one closest to the door is on a post too, but the mounting point towards the center is on the "transmission" tunnel.
I think that one of the only options will be to use new frame rails mounted on custom blocks, which means a new seat.
But i am hoping someone will give their thoughts and or opinions on another route.
