I have seen postings where people have removed the interior panel around the window( major pain) I had to do it to install my tweeters, and then wrap suede or leather over the window and reinstall the trim panel, with the window tinted you can't even see the back of the material.
Hope this helps.

I agree with the tint angle. My windows are tinted with what we refer to as "limo tint" in the rear windows and the driver and passenger sides in a lighter tint (all legal here). But from the outside, they appear to be "blacked out". From the inside you still have the visibility. See the pic on my profile..
I used headliner matereial, it is foam with black on one side and gray on the other. I cut it twice as big as i needed and folded it in half so both sides are black and placed it inbetween the glass and the panel.
I used 1/2 yard and it cost me around $5.50

No glue needed at all.

Or do as i did...make a patten of the opening on MDF and cover it and screw it in...the other side is the same without the amp. Its also now covered with sliver velvet on the panel, and blue on the MDF.

I don't have issues with mine working, it works fine but I haven't covered the back windows, and what I've read says that once you put something in there other then tint it nullifies the antennas

And there is a local shop who can cut them for you and ship them as well.
UPDATE i tried, but my interior lighting is more of a mood lighting. Meaning that even with 2 LEDs at the top, i cant get a good pic. I tried the same with my interior as well, and its just too dimly lit, which is the way i like it. Kinda like the accent lighting they have running down the isles at your local movie theator. Sorry
