What's the final word on LED parking lights melting?

What's the final word on LED parking lights melting?

I've read some have had better luck than others...

I have silverstar lowbeams with the 6LED from superbrightled.com.

Was wondering if these will be melting in the short term and if I need to find an alternative...

Would the PIAA 194 super white bulbs be better??

huh? melting? leds are very cold compared to regular bulbs..... now a chrome covered incandescent bulb will make things melt. leds hardly.

I have sylvania silverstars...

I've heard some people complain that their LEDs had melted from the heat of the low beams...

Others have had success for a month or two...

Was wondering what the 411 was now-a-days.
