DAMN! And I thought I was going to be the first. Shrug. Yet another mod already done. Oh well, at least I'm going to have the ICELED equipment jamming in mine when it's done. Still fabbing up the fiberglass so it meshes with the look of the box. This look is popular in the JDM market though.

 

I am looking for something like this too... I don't think the one center light is bright enough for the interior.... help anyone??

 

In the tech section there is a write up on how to add a second dome light but I want these.

Those lights not only look hot but also appear to do a decent job lighting the cabin... Can any body that has scene these in action make a comment on how well they illumenated the cabin?

Do the lamps come in a housing or are they open? Do you have an occasional bug bbq?

Also anybody find these yet on their web store site? It definately seems to be under construction or severely neglected Got links?

these lights were installed and posted a year or so ago by someone who brought them back from Japan. (don't know the screenname)

 

Almost helpfull...

 

A night pic would be most useful, to me they look more like lights that should be on a building than in a car. I mean I need light shining into the car not on the roof.

 

Then don't buy em, or better yet check the tech section for the secondary dome light install (second reference to the tech article).

Hi all and yup i got alot of you PMs on these lights,...These light were once very hard to find and cost about $150-$200 about a year ago. Only a few peeps had them because they were just trickling in from Japan. But a few months ago SuperAutobach her in Socal started carrying them in the set of 4.for only around $80.

Alot of us here picked them up , and up until last week, some of the guys from SE/Vegas grabbed the last 2 they had.

I can go ther sometime this week for you all and see if they have any and post up an update. I'll get thier e-mail addy so all of you can order from them directly, unfortunetly my company SST does not carry any in stock. Just wanted to help you all a bit. the quality on these are aweome and look stock on the xB, even the color of the housing match with or stock interiors. the great part about these lights is they also come with a dimmer for mood settings...hope that helps some Peace.
