Can anyone tell me what color the wires are for rear turn and reverse lights? Also if there are two wires, one black and one white, are they both ground?

 

Reverse light wires are (Red w/black stripe) for hot, and White w/black stripe for ground.
Left hand turn signal: Green w/Black stripe for hot. Right hand Turn signal: Green w/Yellow stripe. Ground for both are White w/Black stripe
