Default Woo installing my cathodes this week but not sure...

Not sure about how to go about a clean installation. I have two ozonium cold cathodes, I want one under the driver and then the passenger dash. My friend did his neons and took apart the front panel and stuffed the wires and transformer behind there. For his car it was easy.

I'm doing a couple different things. I'm wiring them to a switch (right under the A/C controls and stuff), so I'm thinking I should put the transformer back there, but I dont want the wires to be seen, I'm assuming it can come out "the back way" and under the dash? The white wires on the cathodes seem long enough so that should be fine.

We're also going to wire it to my door (he did this to his car), so when I hope my door the lights turn on and when I close it, it turns off... That should be fairly simple... But I also need to make sure I take off the side paneling (and I might evne have to take up the carpet?)

but I suppose my main question is:

How do you take the front panel(and side) off the right way (I just want to make sure I dont crack it or damage anything, not to mention I couldnt find anything on how to take it off)?

And will it be safe doing all that wiring (and getting it clean with no wires visible)

Thanks for helpin out the noob
