wrapping rear c/d pillars.
first, what are you wrapping them in??? some stuff will stretch more than others.
second, what look are you going for?? does it have to be smooth or can it have a few wrinkles...
i did one (c-d pillar) each way last year to see how i like it...
still have not made up mind, but i don't like the cutting it up look with the material i used.

I used suede. Realized I couldn't do it myself and took it to an uphostry place. They had a hell of a time doing it and they sewed it together. It has a few wrinkles in it. The main problem was the material i used didn't stretch at all. The fake suede stretches more and you probably won't have this prob. My second problem was I had 2 speakers fiberglassed into the pillers which made them twice as odd shaped.
^^^^ if you want it smooth, it will need to be cut. for best looks it should be sewn back together.
if you want it as one piece, be prepared to spend some time with it. i drapped to suede into the piece so that there was 6inches of extra fabric drapped into the opening. working on the short parts (top and bottom) i glued it on in the middle of the peice. pushing the fabric to hide extra material needed for the shape. then i cut the opening and pulled it from the back side to remove more wrinkles.
work slowly from one side then moving to the opposite side.
it took me about 2.5 hours to do one. but i am not that experienced with this...
but enough to do it twice....the first time will be a learning piece.
this was the second piece i did...has a few small wrikles but still nice
