I just installed the OEM alarm for my friend's 07' xA and ran into alittle problem. Everytime I press the lock button on the remote, the doors will not lock. The doors will unlock with the remote if I press the lock button in the car. It came with 2 new remotes and same problem on both of them. If any one had ran into this same problem please help me out. Thanks alot.

 

I don't have the OEM security system, but since it is made for scions then it should just work once installed. Check to make sure it was installed correctly, you can find the install manual here: http://www.trdsparks.com/install/08586-52973inst.pdf (TRDsparks.com). If it is installed fine and you still have that problem, then you might have a bad unit. Hope this helps.

Also, there are no 07 xAs. They stopped making them in December of 06 and they're just selling them till they run out.
