Default xB Armrest Ripoff!!

Does anyone else feel they been ripped off for buying the ULTRA low, too low to rest your arm, Arm Rest? This this is so unpractical that I regret buying the xB because I don't have anywhere to put my arm.
Anyone have any solutions? Maybe something to strap on the armrest or a way to raise it... I am 6 foot tall.

Ahhhh same question I was going to ask...

I am in the same boat as you, being 6'2. I tried the factory armrest before buying my box, and damn, its too low. Good thing I didnt get it!!! I hate having my arm rest in my lap, it sucks!

they are almost all too low..Boomerang will make one for you with a thicker lid which gives you some more height if you request it

I'm having the opposite problem with my arm rest. Mine seems a bit too high and feels awkward when i'm shifting. I was thinking of just buying the JDM arm rest from Carson Toyota

I'm 6'2" and like my xB without the armrest. I'm confortable in it just like it is.

I'm 6'-4" and I bought the Zeta armrest for just that reason. Yah, it was more
expensive, but its the tallest armrest on the market. It has steel supports that
mounts to the seat slides and is rock solid. It has storage and is height adjustable.
In its lowest setting I have no problem shifting. All around a great product.

Default armrest

I'm 6'3" and have the factory armerest. I have no problems with mine, actually it seems to be a little higher the armrest in the door. But I still like having it. Plus you can flip it up out of the way if you need to.

im 6'6 and i like the one that the factory added. it gets in the way when im shifting but once i hit 5th i flip it down and go. it might work better for me because im so tall i have to lean the seat back to get comfortable.

I'm 6'2" and the Boomerang is a perfect fit for me, they are still on eBay for $99 with free shipping.
