does anyone know how to get thoes seatbelt lights to stay off

Possible answer, don't put anything heavy on the front seats or the light will stay on. If you have stuff on the pass seat, the light will stay lit.

 

is it possible to unplug the light when you have the dash apart? i didn't look for that when i had my dash apart, so i don't know.

 

if sombody know the real answer pleae post. i want it vanished also.

You could disconnect the wiring harnesses under the seat, but your airbag light comes on. I'm wearing harnesses now, so I'm looking for a way to disconnect the light when I'm driving. Hope this helps.

 

Cant you just loop the wiring for it... make it think its always plugged in

Speaking of looping wires, would that affect my airbag light, that's really bothering me. I hooked everyhting up again and it's still on.

 

Pull open the dash and pull out the LED that lights up the seat belt light. . .

 

Or get a black magic marker, and color in the light...

Black tape maybe!

 

just attach your seatbelt first then sitdown on your seat...its kind of ghetto, but it works

 

Unplug the harness from behind the seat belt light on the dash.
