Yeah, I'm pretty sick and tired climbing a stool to wash the roof.

That's a real benefit. Believe it or not washing and waxing my xB on my tippy toes helped cause real problems in my left ankle because of a floating chunk of bone. I didn't get it diagnosed properly until I saw an orthopod who used to treat ballet dancers (who, like xB owners, spend lots of time on their tippy toes). Financially I would've been waaaay ahead having it professionally detailed.

 

If you are 6'-5", you don't need a ladder to reach the top.....
