Default Another Monroe Shock Question

I know this is getting old.... but i got tein s-tech springs on the box at the moment. Man it gets real bumpy... I went to NAPA today, and they said they dont have 5870??? They do have the 5987's though. Can anyone direct me to another autoparts store, preferably local... lol. Wondering why they wouldnt have the 5870's at NAPA??? Get back at me, Thanks.

problem solved... used a cross reference for the 5870's. picked up and installed the kyb g2r echo shocks today. NOT a BIG DIFFERENCE, but their is a bit more comfortability w/ these tein springs.

Yeah, not being a variable damping shock, there wouldn't be much difference at all going from the OEM to the KYBs. The variable stiffness of the Monroe SensaTracs was what made their ride more civilized.

Good luck with the KYBs!
