Any suggestions for getting front strut dust caps off????
I am not sure what my next move is but I can't get them off.
Help out a dumb guy please.
I won't mention how many different ways I am trying to get them off already.
thanks in advance.

I initially had this problem too while trying to tighten my strut top-nut. Believe it or not my problem was I was trying to open the wrong thing!!! Talk about dumb!!! The black metal "cap" that I was trying to pry open with a crow-bar at one point wouldn't budge and I couldn't figure out wtf I was doing wrong. Then I FINALLY noticed that on top of the metal disk I thought was the cap is the little rubber cover that just pops off with your fingernail even. So don't feel too bad, it took me 2 days to figure this out.
Cheers!

It took me 45 minutes trying to pry the gd strut bearing apart vs remove the dust cap. Poking the middle is the best bet than pry it off.

Thanks so much.
Yeah, I was overthinking it.
I got it off and realized that I was thinking the whole piece was removable.
I got front Konis installed right as winter set in and just kept them adjusted the way they came from the factory.
Now. because of your help I set them to SOFT and I really like the difference.
The way they came set seemed about in the middle.
I turned them all the way.
I never got to the point of a crowbar for removing them but I got help real quick from you guys and I am glad I just stopped before I damaged anything.
I have TRD shocks in the rear so it seems like they compliment each other now.

Anyway, what kind of Konis did you get? I'm thinking of Konis too.
