right now i'm rolling on s techs, i want to go lower and i'm stuck between the progress coilovers which are pretty inexpensive or the ksport that are about $200 more. the ksport have some really nice features but are they worth the $200 more?
Forget the K-sport then. They've got crazy stiff spring rates.
Tein Basics are a good compromise between the Progress and K-sport coilovers, as far as spring rates go. The Progress coilovers however, can go lower, and are probably even better for just daily driving.
Talk to Jeff (Lip on here) at Partshippers.com about a set of the Progress coilovers.

Zillion do you know anybody that is running the Progress coilovers. I want something that is good for daily driving and looks really good at car shows.
Partshippers website says that the Progress coilovers can drop from 1 to 3 inches, and a more agrgressive drop at 4 inches.

He's running the Progress coilovers. I'd run them, but they're too soft for me. I prefer a stiffer spring rate.

I run the Progress coil over with Koni rear shocks very very nice.....much better ride than my last set up which was Tenabe df210's with Monroe's
I driver over 200 miles per day and have over 50,000 miles on my box
