Well I have had the egg bagged for some time now (few months) and I have just now got around to finishing up the back where the tank, comp., vales, ect. is at. I have had the stuff to do if for a long time but never got around to do it. So today I finished it up. Never was in a hurry cause nobody can see it with out me showing it to them. So lets start with the first pic.

I removed everything and layed down some of the good stuff!


Next I layed in some carpet to make it look a little better

Cut out for the tank and ran the lines back in

Just couldn't help myself

Put the tank back in and checked for fitment

Had some extra so I covered the tank

wired the valves back up

put the cover back on

Then fliped back over the subs

I know that nobody will see it unless I show it to them, but I know it's there and looks better than metal showing

Now, I'm thinking of going to air suspension.

 

kind of hard to say I got a few things at a time but if I would have to guess I would say around $1,800

 

Thats not to bad. I'm thinking of going to air suspension, maybe some time next summer I will be running air suspension. I'm still doing research.

what sise valves are you using???

 

duuuude!!! thats ultra clean!!!! super hidden and still have a sub enclosure! man, kudos to your set up!

 

too bad for the loss of the spare... its bitter sweet sometimes to me.

 

1/2 inch fill valves and 3/8 dumps
As far as the spare goes thats what AAA is for I bagged a xB the other week and everything was under the back so it can be done without loseing the spare. I used 2 3 gal slim firestone tanks and it worked out gtreat! i will get some pic's of that install up soon

how do you like the az compressor, i have heard good and bad things about them?

 

I think the AZ rocks! its faster than anyother out there i had a vair for a week and it took forever to fill my tanks up but the AZ fills my 5 gallons up in about 2 min so it kicks ___ in my oppinion im looking to maybe getting another to speed it up alittle faster too cause it is loud!

 

Why didint you mount it under your car?

 

first off because im sponsered and they wanted me to put it in a place were people would notice it at car shows.... along with that if its under the car it will suck up water into the tanks and even a water catcher will miss a very little and then water would be in my lines and i drive this car everyday all year long so i kinda need the water to be out of my lines.... i guess thats the best explenation... and damage it can get when its under the car is a higher chance then were it is... good enough answer for yea?
