Title says it all.

I was looking at the Hotchkis anti-sway bar kit... and the package/group the front+ rear together. Do you get ANY benifit from a front Anti-sway bar ??

I remember see alot of people recommending not getting the anti swaybar for the front because it creates more understeer. We have enough of that as it is, lol

Used to know a guy who raced a VW Rabbit in showroom stock and did the One Lap several times with it (very similar suspension to the xbox , FWD). He removed the front bar and ran two on the back at the track. Never felt my Scion do it but my Rabbit used to lift the inside read wheel all the time when cornering hard. On mine I went with the TRD bar on the back, and urethane bushings on the stock front. Springs and Koni's are on the way.

I love my Hotchkis sway bar set. I THINK?? the front bar did less than the rear and it is a pain in the **** to install, but, I rally love the handling with this sway bar set on the car. It is now a go-kart Handles very flat with very quick initial turn in!!

the front will add understeer.

The front stock one is fine. It just needs polyurthane bushings to replace the rubber outer ones. Also add a rear bar (TRD,Progress or Whiteline) take your pic and be prepared for a new level of cornering ability. Can you say handles like it's on rails?

with my front subframe brace , front eurethan bushings , progress rear , c pillar bar , b pillar bar and strut bar coupled with ksport race coilovers MY car handles on rails.

I'm sure it does! Sounds like a nice pkg. except for the B and C pillar bars which are more for show because of the xB's strong box shape.

the b ox shape is not strong. the c pillar creeks going into and out of driveways so it's flexible

I had the Hotchkis front and rear bars on my last xA, and the front bar provided a noticeable decrease in body roll. Keep in mind that the Hotchkis front bar is larger and stiffer than the OEM bar; and being hollow bar, it weighs less than the OEM bar.

The Hotchkis rear bar also does a great job, and is extremely lightweight compared to other rear add-on bars. Keeping the weight low is one of my priorities.

The Hotchkis bars were so good, I've ordered them for my new xA. They should arrive within the next few days.
