What does Garage is empty, Add now mean?

I am new here so thank you all in advance for any and all information. I am in need of Torque specs for the front suspension on a 2006 scion XB... the tie rod bolt with the boot, sway bar bolts with the bushings and ball joint bolt with boot.
I am using all of the wrong terms I know so if you can figure out what I am trying to describe you are awesome.
thanks again
