Default Help with Cusco Plates

After the plates were installed I have been hearing alot of clanking sounds like the suspension near the strut tower is loose. I dont know if the washers that were taken off when the plates were installed were supposed to go back on or if its something else. Any info. would be helpful.

sounds like the strut nut wasn't tightened down all of the way.
