Default HELP w/ coilovers

OK, so when I got my tein ss w/ upper pm, I asked the dude who installed them to make the bak even with the front. So what does he do...............THE FRONT SITS ABOUT 1/4 OF AN " LOWER THAN THE FRONT Now that I have this out of my system, can I lower the back myself without having to jack it up,or do I need to release the tension in the spring Please tell me I don't have to

You have to raise it in order to make any adjustments.
