Thanks man. I bought the headlights from ebay seller ATOMIC Street. They were something like 125???? Right in that ball park anyway. I love the way they look, but these things are cheap. One side does not align up / down - left / right. When I try to adjust they move at different angles. I got them lined up as close as I could, but I highly doubt I will pass inspection with these. Atomic street would not do anything for me really. I have heard from other members that all these lights are the same no matter who you buy them from. From what I gather it is hit or miss when it comes to these things.

 

what springs were you on before these coils?

i'm looking at the progress setup, and am on df210s right now. I like the way the dfs ride, but not low enough.

 

Prior to the coilovers, I was on S-techs.

 

how does the ride compare? i've heard from some that the progress are 'bouncy' and I can't tell if that means that the suspension is doing it's job, and tracking on every imperfection in the road (good) or bouncy like a blown damper...

 

The S-techs corner pretty good and deliver a ride that is comparable to stock in my opinion. The coilovers are really tight. You feel everything and it corners nice and hard (not bouncy like a blown damper). Really fun if you don't mind the ride quality.

 

Did you ever put on the waydos? If so did this improve the ride quality> I just picked up a set of tanabes and am looking at getting some waydos to help with the ride quality

 

where did you start to see rust?

I've decided to go with progress also. I have a question though, would Montroe 5870's be good replacement shocks for the rear?

Rust wont really matter. You can always buy some sealent in a can and spray the suckers down.

I thought the body of those shocks/struts were aluminum. How are they rusting? Do you mean the coils?
