Default K-Sport suspension

Hi,

I bought a XB this summer with a k-sport pro damper suspension. Since I live in Quebec and that winter is coming, I want to raise my suspension. Unfortunately, I don't have the k-sport wrenchs to tighten the spring perch. Is it a big deal if I tighten de spring perch with something else, like with a screwdriver and a hammer.

Also, I have a suspension from a 05 Toyota Echo in my garage... will this suspension fit on my Xb since both car are sharing the same components?

Thanks for your help!!

i believe the echo equip. will fit but i would recommend removing the coilover to relieve the tension and as long as the threads are clean then adjusting them wont be too bad by hand. you will need an alignment afterwords though

Thanks,

Do you think I can raise the car to factory height with this kind of suspension?

from what I know you cant because a coilover setup is shorter than oem shocks.struts set up.

EDIT:you prob figured that out because this is a 4 month old thread

with k sports you can get pretty close if not all the way to stock height
