Has anyone had issues with Koni Sport (yellow) after installation on xA or xB1 only?
Chime in guys, I want to see your inputs...What? Where? How bad? etc How did you solve it?
Thanks...

If you are asking about the rear shocks, my Koni yellows have not given any problem...I having installed it back in early 2007... could you be more specific?

btw, I have it at +2 (of 4) (which i believe was a full turn)...

Yes, the rear shocks developed clunk every time rear wheels would travel over cracks, pot holes, or washboard road. One shock has more severe clunking than the other. No matter what I have attempted to do, one clunked constantly, the other occasionally. I have eliminated top bushings (solid washers), set +, ++, +++ and even ++++, All that made no difference, one clunked more that the other. Put back old KYB shocks and it became its old self.
I have filed warranty and already received RGA. IM waiting for new shocks to try.

Do you know for sure it's the shock? Could it be the spring rattling or clunking around in it's mounts? That can happen if they're not fully seated/compressed.
Were the bushings on the shocks mounts tight, too? They should be tough to push on. I've had other shocks that were supplied with the wrong bushings. They were slightly too small in diameter, and allowed the mounts to rattle a bit.
I ran Koni yellows for about 30,000 miles in my '06, and never had any problems. They're the best, and have been for years.

I'm perplexed by this mystery.
I got new rear shocks. Although most of clunking is gone, I get an occasional clunk when hitting potholes or deeper-than-regular cracks.
Lower eyelet bushings seem to be very tight.
Strange thing though if I put old KYB rear shocks, there is no more of this driving-me-mad clunking.
I'll find the culprit.
Cheers.
