Curious to see how everyone else has their valves/compressor/tank(s) setup.

How loud are those valves with them placed inside like that? and why not mount under chassis?

 

It seems like the release valves are plumbed to the outside of the car in those pics. Very clean, wish my setup was that compact..

 

They aren't loud at all. As cloin said, the exhaust valves are routed out under the car. You just hear them clicking while they are active. The compressor (which is mounted under the chassis BTW) is about the only thing I hear.

And I didn't mount everything under the chassis because I don't have the distinct advantage of living within driving distance of Randode. It was all I could do to make the false floor and keep it as clean as I did. If only we could all do Randode-quality work...

 

like he said all yo can hear is the solonoid clicking, the exhaust hose is run outside. i have mine set that same way.....for now we cant all be lucky enough to live in the desert and not have to deal with the winter weather and such

 

Dont get me wrong. The install is clean as hell. Im a AZ native and have no idea what its like to live in cold climates. I guess the valves wouldnt do well with snow all over them.

 

i have all my stuff under the car and i live in CO and it is snowing here, so that means my valves are frozen right now. but its not bad, yu just have to always remember to leave the car up over night.

 

Just got mine done yesterday. This is temporary until I get my subs

 

I used mufflers on my drop valves makes a big difference
