Default quick struts for 05xb?

I've got an XB with 130,000 mi on it. It's a daily driver. I rely on this little Wonder car. I'm not into performance or anything. I just need to deal with the front end. It's starting to ride hard and make little noises. I've I've read enough bad reviews of Monroe quick struts to wonder if the company is just garbage now or if maybe there's just too many counterfeits on Amazon that have made them look bad. The only other quick strut company is TRQ.
I Just need my daily driver to be dependable and somewhat smooth. Should I avoid quick struts all together? Are they just garbage? I would have a mechanic put them in even though it's easy enough. I don't have a garage here in the city, no torque wrench or impact wrench.

Quick struts aren't horrible...I'd look at Rock Auto and see what they might offer or speak to the shop you're going to be using and ask them what they might provide as options and any warrantees behind them.

Thks.ive found only 2 quick mounts exist: Monroe and TRQ. I'll ask the guy in the shop what he thinks- i assumed he'd just say OEM , but it sure will make the job easier for him!
