Default rear frame brace or rear sway bar

dumb question. I have a progressive suspension rear sway bar on my gen 1 xb. I was looking at a Carbing rear frame brace. Same thing just called two different things? When I installed the sway bar it seemed more like a frame stiffener. If they are two different components, what does the carbing offer/add?

It's not a sway bar.

This is what the lit sez for another vehicle:

The OKUYAMA Carbing Frame Brace - Rear Accord Euro R CL7 is a strengthened bar that can be added for increased structural rigidity and traction. This bar will make for a very stiff ride perfect for circuit racing.

And,

Weak point of the hatch-back type vehicle aft body has strengthened by installing this Rear Frame Brace. Waddling sensation of bad trail lane changes and larger wheel (inch up) vehicle improves for a smoother ride. Carbing Rear Frame Brace is installed above the spare tire space. [For xB it looks more like under body just ahead of the rear bumper.] This makes no interference in trunk space. This device is strongly recommended for the vehicles with big opening in the rear part of the body such as Rear hatch back type vehicles and Mini vans.

Anyone in the states selling the Carbing rear brace?

It should not interfere with rear sway bar, correct?
