Default XB Progress Coilovers installed

First of all, Thank you to LIP for these. Good price. Good quality. I just had the Progress Coilovers installed on the XB. So far so good. Here is my short writeup on them.

I had them installed at our Dealership(Joe Myers Scion in Houston). After they finished the install they had to lift it up some b/c the lift wouldn't come out from under the front. They raised them up just enough to get the lift out.

They were still set way to low when I left work. The whole ride home there was horrible rubbing on the tires/fender bolts. The height was great sitting still, just not rolling. Here is ashot of the front at that height. I measured the front here at 22 5/8"

I adjusted the fronts in my garage tonight so I could get to work withour ruining the tires. I raised the fronts 13 threads which puts the front at 23 1/4" now. There are 2 1/4" of threads left on the front to lower it more for show status

Here are the rears. I want to lower them a little more still, they are sitting at 24" from ground to fender.

Hope you like. I will comment later on the ride after I drive around on them a little more.

Thx,

Thsy actually settled in a little. They seem to be sitting about .25 - .50" lower than a couple of days ago. I know this, b/c the jack would not fit under the vehicle like it would a couple of days ago. THe rear settle down a little and I am happy with where it is right now, so not more adjusting needed. THere are still about 1" of threads ont he rear and 2.25" on the front.

yes how is the ride...did you get different rear shocks or keep the stockers (could happen..)
i was looking @ D2's for a while but this may be a better alternative given the usage (not a race-car)

I had the Allignment done yesterday and I adjusted the rear height again this morning(about .5" lower). I will drive it around today, let it settle in and see what the ride is like. Going to do the full wash/wax today for a meet tomorrow night. I will take photos this evening.
