They probably won't have the reverse lip either.
I wonder why companies are able to knockoff other designs without getting sued? I know design patents are really hard to come by (due to the subjective nature of originality), but you would think a top tier company like SSR/Tanabe would take care of stuff like that. At my company, we patent everything, or at least try to.

However, some high-end wheel companies aren't that great either(USA mulitpiece brands).

don't worry sp1's got some good knock off's. only difference i could see was that it wasn't a 3 piece rim. but the way they painted the rim if you didn't know you'd be fooled. it's sad too i've seen people say they were selling professor sp1's when you ask what happened to the center cap they say they lost it. but of course to closer inspection you can see no gap between rim face and lip.
