found some 13"s look good

Why?

Why would you want such small wheels, it will mess with the speedo.

Here is a link to similar rims with black spokes in 14 and 15" made

not true. if you keep the over all tire diameter (taller side walls on the smaller wheel) then the speedo will not be affected.

I thought someone posted here that 14" fit, but 13" won't clear the brakes. That would be a horrendous sidewall though.

i would have to concur. i have a set of 14's i tried on over my calipers.. about a 1/8" margin.. 13's would never fit without extensive spacing..

if you install 13's they'd better be at least 8" wide lol
